# Managing Organization Information

> Organization information identifies the business and provides contact details used for administration.

Organization information identifies the business and provides contact details used for administration.

## What to Check

1. Organization ID is read-only and can be copied.
2. Organization name
3. Company name and Industry
4. Phone number and Contact email

## Current Jitra Workflow

Open Settings > Account > Organization, click Edit beside one field, update it, and save the individual change.

## Reviewing the Result

Confirm the saved or displayed information matches the intended Object, users, period, and Organization workflow.

## If the Issue Continues

Review required fields, access permissions, available data, and Organization limits. Contact an Organization administrator or Jitra support when the required control is unavailable.
