# Receiving Resources from Another Organization

> Learn how to accept Objects, Geofences, Sites, and Routes shared with your Organization through Shared With Us in Jitra.

## Introduction

Use **Shared With Us** to view invitations and resources that another Organization has shared with your Organization.

Before you can use the shared resources, the invitation must be accepted.

Once accepted, the resources become available to your Organization as **shared resources** while remaining owned by the Organization that shared them.

## Receiving a Share from Another Organization

Open **Share → Shared With Us**.

Invitations that have not yet been accepted are shown with the **Pending** status.

### 1. Open the Invitation

Select the invitation you want to review.

Check which Organization is sharing the resources and what resources are included.

### 2. Review the Shared Resources

A share can include one or more resource types:

* Object
* Geofence
* Site
* Route

Shared resources are **read-only**. Ownership remains with the Organization that shared them.

### 3. Accept the Invitation

Click **Accept** to receive the share.

Once accepted, the connection between the two Organizations becomes active and the share status changes to **Accepted**.

### 4. Confirm the Share Is Accepted

After the process is complete, the share appears in **Shared With Us** with the **Accepted** status.

## Shared Resources Are Not Automatically Available to Every User

Accepting an invitation makes the resources available at the Organization level.

The resources are **not automatically assigned to every user** in your Organization.

You need to choose which users can access the shared resources through **Settings → Users**.

## Access to Shared Resources

Shared resources remain **read-only**.

For shared Objects, access is available in:

* Live Tracking
* History

Shared Geofences, Sites, and Routes can also be used through the access provided by the share, but they cannot be edited by the receiving Organization.

## Rejecting an Invitation

If you do not want to receive the share, select **Reject** while the invitation is still **Pending**.

Once rejected, the resources are not added to your Organization. A new invitation is required if the other Organization wants to share resources again later.
