Jitra v2.5.0 introduces Jitra Tracker as an alternative location source, more flexible Event notification settings, and improved History and Reports.

What’s new

Jitra Tracker as a location source

Objects can now use the Jitra Tracker App as a location source in addition to dedicated GPS devices.
  • Activate Jitra Tracker through a QR code, deep link, or activation code.
  • View tracker states including Ready, Active, Offline, Permission Problem, and Inactive.
  • Check device state, location permissions, and synchronization in Diagnostics.
  • Re-activate a tracker on another device while preserving earlier binding history.
  • Background location tracking and synchronization are supported, subject to device permissions and conditions.
Set an expiration time for Public Links so shared access can end automatically.

Event notification preferences

  • Configure alerts for each Event Rule on Web and Mobile.
  • Events can still be found in Event Notifications even when alerts are disabled.
  • Delivery support for Web, Mobile Push, Email, and Webhook has been improved.
