Manage your subscription and billing in Jitra
You can now manage available subscription options from Account on Jitra Web and Mobile.- Review your plan and usage: see your active plan, Object quota, usage, and add-ons.
- Manage your subscription: upgrade to Pro, change plans, add Object capacity, and manage available add-ons.
- Pay in the app: complete purchases using the available payment methods.
- Handle pending payments: continue a payment, change the payment method, or cancel it from Billing. Payment links remain valid for 1 hour.
- Access invoices: review issued invoices and download PDFs. On Mobile, PDFs can be saved to your device.
- More precise permissions: invoice access, payment actions, and subscription management follow your account’s permissions.
Clearer subscription and renewal status
Jitra now provides renewal information and a dedicated Suspended screen to help you understand your subscription status. For Organizations on Self-Service Billing, a renewal invoice is created 15 days before the subscription ends and becomes due at the end of the period. An unpaid subscription becomes Suspended immediately after its due date, without a grace period. Organization members can still sign in to view the status, while payment and plan changes require billing permissions. If the subscription remains unresolved for 30 days after the due date, it automatically moves to the Free plan. Objects above the Free plan quota are deleted; users can choose which Object to keep through the available flow.Note: These automatic suspension and downgrade rules apply to Self-Service Billing. Organizations on Manual Billing are handled separately.
Share is now available on Jitra Mobile
Share location access directly from the Mobile app with:- My Shares — review shares you created.
- Shared With Us — access resources shared with you.
- Public Links — manage available public sharing links.
Improvements
Tracking and History
- Select All Drive in History shows all drives together.
- Selecting multiple Objects is more reliable.
- Follow stays active when another Object is selected.
- Object status filters are more consistent.
- Measure Distance once again draws measurement lines on the map.
Reports
- Object search works more reliably and lists results A–Z.
- Manually entered dates use DD/MM/YYYY, and date ranges with an end date earlier than the start date are rejected.
- Site Visits requires a Site selection and can include odometer and engine hours.
- Selected Geofences and Sites remain visible in report summaries even when there are no visits, showing 0.
- Relevant reports show engine hours in hours instead of seconds.
Important changes
- Update Jitra Mobile to v2.6.0. Older app versions require an update to support Suspended status and the new payment flow.
- Free plan: History retention is now 15 days, and Integration add-ons are unavailable.
- Fleet add-on has been removed from Jitra subscriptions. Fleet features are planned for the separate Fleet-Ops product.
- Pending payments from the previous payment flow were canceled during the release transition. Previously applied Organization balances were restored, so purchases can be started again.
- If money is received for a canceled or expired invoice, it is credited to your Organization balance for future billing.
